Just a brief update.

I chose to build in Ban Amphur as I thought it had the potential to become an elite living area.

My forecast is coming true. 300 metres from me Marriot is near completing a Renaissance Resort and Spa running from the road to the beach as our property does.

The new extension to the Bangkok Motorway (7)  will come out 2.5 kilometres from my home which means the main airport will now be an hour away and Bangkok itself only 30 minutes more outside peak.

Movenpick has opened its 5 star hotel and apartments 3kms from here and further upscale developments are planned in that area.

The Pattaya airport has been upgraded and now serving international flights to and from Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, China, Macau and Hong Kong(Shenzen) with more coming and numerous domestic flights as well. The airport is 30 minutes from my home on 4 lane divided road.
